Pet Policy

The owner reserves the right to restrict breeds and types of animals. Currently, restricted animals include all dogs that are full or partially: Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrids. Additional breeds may be added at any time. The owner may also restrict animal size and weight.

This community may or may not allow pets. If pets are permitted, written permission must be obtained from Management, and all required deposits and fees must be paid in full before any pet may reside in the apartment. Visiting animals are not permitted at any time. Residents are responsible for ensuring guests are aware of this policy and make alternate arrangements as needed.

Pet owners must clean up after their pets at all times and comply with all guidelines outlined in the Pet Addendum. Any mess caused by a pet, including defecation on lawns or common areas, must be cleaned up immediately. When outside the apartment, pets must always be on a leash and under the direct control of the resident. Violations of this policy may result in fines.

Residents should review and confirm the animal policy, maximum number of allowed pets, applicable limitations, deposits, fees, and monthly pet rent outlined in the Pet Addendum. Animal limitations may include maximum weight or height. If pets are allowed, a non-refundable pet fee, a refundable pet deposit, and a monthly pet rent will be charged per animal.

Assistance Animals are not considered pets but do require prior written approval and verification. Once approved, the resident will be permitted the appropriate Assistance Animal. Guest Assistance Animals also require prior written approval, which may or may not be granted.
